The credentials field is meant for abbreviations (RN, LPN, etc.), not whole words. The credentials could overlap on your certificate if not abbreviations. It is also okay not to have anything in this field. Your credentials can be updated from your profile. 

  1. Click your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Edit profile in the User details box.
  4. Update your credentials.
  5. Click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page.

If you'd prefer that we update it, please submit a New Support Ticket.

Please include your correct credentials so we may update your account in our database. We'll even send you an updated certificate.
