The Asthma Basics course can only be completed once per account for each published course version. If a user has already completed the current version, the system will not allow them to retake it using the same account.
Because course versions are updated and republished only periodically, rather than annually, we do not release a new version each year. As a result, there is not currently a way for users to retake the same course each year on an existing account.
If your organization requires annual completion, the available options are:
- Create a new account at https://lung.training/register to take the course again, or
- Accept the existing completion certificate until a new version of the course is published.
We understand that some organizations have annual training requirements, but at this time, annual retakes are not currently supported within the same account.
